Who We Are
BnK Developments was founded by two experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering quality craftsmanship on every project. With a combined 25 years of remodeling experience, we bring a unique perspective to home renovation and maintenance.

Our co-founder's experience ranges from remodeling million dollar homes on Kelly's Island and managing a painting company for a decade, to facilities maintenance for over 100 units. Together we cover every aspect of home upkeep, inside and out.

We provide and estimate to help you plan

If you are happy with the estimate, we schedule an in-person appointment to finalize the details and establish a final price
​
We charge $50 for the on-site appointment, which is credited toward your final contract once the job has been approved
